Tucked in the Sierra de los Cuchumatanes, the highest mountain range in Central America, CODECH produces this lovely microlot of organic coffee. This offering has the classic blackberry and chocolate flavors attributed to the Huehue region of Guatemala, and is quite refined with elegant acidity and notes of stone fruits and citrus.
